The Barr Americano
The Barr Americano is our mixologist Luke Barr’s nod to European bars serving up “American” style cocktails. The build is simple, with equal parts NEFT Vodka and Antica Formula Vermouth. While the traditional approach just throws in an orange wedge, the Barr Americano elevates the drink with an orange champagne foam.
