Ruby Rose

If you love the tart-sweet flavor of grapefruit, the Ruby Rose is the cocktail for you. The NEFT variation on a classic Salty Dog, this cocktail starts with the same basic build: vodka and grapefruit juice. We use ruby red grapefruit juice specifically, which gives this cocktail both its name and its bright color. Then, the Ruby Rose comes together with club soda for effervescence and Angostura bitters for an added depth of flavor. Finally, don't forget your rose garnish!
