Carrot Habanero Splash
A cocktail made for the upper echelon of juicy mixers. No doubt it will be a conversation starter and is based on the foundation of a spicy Margarita with sangria float but with an Italian twist. Carrot and OJ create a deep orange that blend well with sweet agave and the slightly bitter apertivo. Habanero tincture and Tajin add the final kick for the perfect balance.

Step 1
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass, then float Campari.
